I've fitted it back onto the car to make sure it all still fits, it was much easier to put on this time as I made all the mounting holes a little bigger, still a pretty tight fit though smile
One arm swings a little too easy and the other is a little too tight, but thats just a matter of adjusting the thickness of the washes top and bottom of the pivot points. 



the bits that hold the tyres will look something like this, one side will continue up as a ladder for the roof rack and the other will have a work light/reversing light...

hey roger your pritty good at knocking up roof racks and this wheel carries looks very pro. would you be interested in making any other gear. im after a set of rock sliders, and would gladly pay for all materials  and labor.

at the moment I'm not in the need for money, and I have trouble getting the motivation to do stuff for myself.. :/

oh yeah I'll be putting in arb air lockers front and rear, I would have considered auto lockers but its AWD and that just wont work in the front, the rear I could get (slim chance really) an auto locker for but its not much more to get the air locker for these.
And yes there are going to be some green rock sliders, but because I have lpg tanks under the side they are going to look a little different to most.  I will keep the existing steps and have the sliders under the steps which will protect the tanks a bit better smile

I need a mattress for in the back
water storage
air tank
diff locks
finish tyre carrier, including ladder rear light and jerry holder
fridge
soft cargo barrier to go behind front seats with small door
exhaust with headers
sand flag
gonna replace the rear hatch
and have to do the seals on the front axle

he list goes on...
